Role Overview

Patco Brands is seeking a creative and adaptable Graphic Designer to join its internal design team. This position suits someone who enjoys a collaborative, high-energy environment and is motivated by bringing consumer packaged goods to life through strong visual design.

The role spans national brands and private label product lines, with work that supports retail, digital, and shopper marketing needs. The ideal candidate is meticulous, flexible, and comfortable handling several projects at different stages, from early concept development through final production.

What You Will Do

Create packaging designs for national and private label beverage products, including mockups and line extensions.
Develop point-of-sale assets for retail settings such as shelf talkers, case cards, displays, and signage.
Build production-ready artwork files that align with print specifications and vendor expectations.
Scale master artwork across multiple SKUs, formats, and language versions.
Work closely with the marketing, innovation, and sales teams to meet creative goals and delivery timelines.
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while finding opportunities to elevate the visual approach.
Handle photo edits, image retouching, and basic visual adjustments for both print and digital use.
Optionally support 3D packaging renderings and product visualization work.

What We Are Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within CPG, beverage, or a related field.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates packaging, POS, and brand design work.
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Good understanding of print production, dielines, and vendor file preparation.
Strong planning and time management abilities, with the flexibility to shift priorities across multiple projects.
Comfort working in a team that moves quickly and relies on frequent feedback.
3D rendering knowledge using tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or KeyShot is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience using AI tools is a plus, though not required.
A strong sense of brand aesthetics and visual communication.
The ability to balance several tasks at once in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation and Privacy

The salary range for this role is USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 per year.
