As Growth Manager, you will own initiatives that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue across digital channels. Your work will involve shaping growth plans that support business objectives, using data-led experimentation and working across teams to lift customer lifetime value and return on investment.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics to design scalable growth programs and improve the end-to-end customer journey across platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with internal teams and external partners to support growth and increase overall revenue.
- Offer strategic insights that help the organization spot emerging market shifts and customer behavior patterns.
- Work with multiple teams to create and improve modern marketing tools and campaign approaches that raise engagement and ROI.
- Plan and execute revenue strategies, define supporting metrics, and take charge of growth-focused initiatives in coordination with stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on consumer behavior to uncover opportunities for customer awareness, engagement, and upselling.
- Improve existing products and experiences by applying knowledge of customer behavior across the full lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and growth, preferably from a tier-1 or premier business school background.
- Prior exposure to broking or investment advisory businesses is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as CleverTap, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and solid analytical thinking.
- High standards of integrity.
- Product-first mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems into practical, iterative solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and a consistent drive for high-quality outcomes.
