The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting organization focused on serving government clients. The company supplies skilled professionals to help advance client missions, and this opening is to support the General Services Administration (GSA).

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote/telework position with a standard schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. A GSA laptop will be provided for the role.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, visual tools, transactional reports, data analyses, and performance metrics that help support GSA and DoD operations and guide data-based decisions.
• Carry out recurring and on-demand analysis across multiple data sources and systems, including data checks, quality control, trend reviews, and reporting to protect the accuracy and consistency of vendor catalog, pricing, and inventory information.
• Prepare and send regular catalog and inventory reports to assist Navy shipyard operations and purchasing efforts across multiple sites.
• Perform independent market research on commercial products to help the government assess fair and reasonable pricing.
• Organize weekly meetings with stakeholders from GSA, DoD, and vendor teams; record minutes; track action items; and follow up on open tasks.
• Help document processes by working with government contacts to capture, standardize, and improve operating procedures.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should be able to work well with stakeholders, spot opportunities for improvement, develop practical solutions, learn new tools quickly, operate independently to meet deadlines, and communicate clearly within a cross-functional team.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• The candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong interest in technology, process improvement, and practical problem-solving is expected.
• Ability to stay organized and dependable in a remote work setting is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting the Department of Defense is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and Python is an advantage.
• Comfort using Google Workspace as an end user is helpful.
