About the role
Tracksuit is looking for a curious, collaborative GTM Enablement Manager to work across Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations. This role sits at the point where strategy meets execution, helping teams turn new capabilities, evolving customer needs, and business initiatives into practical tools and experiences that improve how Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams work.
Enablement is still developing as a function at Tracksuit, so this role offers scope to shape the function, take ownership, and influence how enablement evolves.
What you'll do
- Lead enablement initiatives from the initial brief all the way through rollout, adoption, and ongoing refinement.
- Build and keep current enablement materials such as playbooks, talk tracks, pitch decks, FAQs, templates, and customer education content.
- Create clear messaging and practical resources that help GTM teams communicate Tracksuit's value to different audiences and in different use cases.
- Turn complex product, customer, and business information into straightforward tools that teams can use confidently in day-to-day work.
- Work with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to prepare teams for launches, new features, and strategic programs.
- Contribute to the systems, workflows, and knowledge tools that will shape the future of enablement at Tracksuit, including AI-enabled approaches.
What we're looking for
The ideal person has experience in enablement or a closely related GTM function, is comfortable managing projects end-to-end, and enjoys helping others succeed. You should be able to work across teams, handle multiple priorities, and bring clarity to complex ideas. Confidence using AI tools is important, and an interest in brand tracking, market research, or consumer insights would be an advantage.

Compensation policy
Compensation is handled transparently, with fair pay practices across the team. Salaries are reviewed twice yearly, and full-cycle compensation reviews are completed annually along with rolling promotions when team members progress in role level.
