  • Participate in and run VIP meetings.
  • Provide support to the Front Office during busy or understaffed periods.
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge, and all Food & Beverage departments.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • At least 1 year of Front Office experience.
