Role Summary

The company is looking for dependable High-Rise Window Cleaners to join its team in Winnipeg. This role focuses on safe, thorough exterior window cleaning at height, along with support for related maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash windows to a professional standard using the required tools and equipment.
• Carry out high-rise cleaning work safely and in line with all company safety rules and procedures.
• Operate hand tools and powered equipment when needed.
• Check cleaning equipment regularly and report any repair or maintenance issues.
• Interact with clients and coworkers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality expectations.
• Support general facility maintenance and other related work as needed.
• Keep the work area tidy, organized, and safe at all times.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Manitoba driver’s licence.
• Comfortable working at heights, typically between 15 and 20 storeys.
• Must be eligible for Federal Security Clearance; candidates who have lived in Canada for at least five years are preferred.
• Prior commercial window cleaning or custodial experience is an advantage.
• Experience with professional window cleaning tools and equipment is considered beneficial.
• Strong eye for detail and a clear commitment to high-quality work.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Polished communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle manual labour and lift items as required.

Job Details

This is an in-person role in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The position is listed as full-time, part-time, and permanent. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour.
