The hotel follows a modern hospitality approach with a strong personal touch, short decision-making routes, and a team culture where people actively help shape how the hotel grows. This is a place to contribute from the beginning rather than simply follow established routines.

Requirements

- Several years of housekeeping experience, preferably with initial leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene rules, and workplace safety.
- Experience with scheduling and awareness of minimum wage and collective agreement requirements.
- Confident use of administrative tools, PMS interfaces, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of laundry coordination and inventory management for operating supplies.
- Clear leadership presence and the ability to set an example in daily operations.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Organized, independent work style, including under time pressure.
