Role Summary

The organisation is looking for an experienced, committed and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to take charge of housekeeping activities for the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all guest rooms, shared spaces and public areas consistently clean and presentable.
• Foster strong working relationships with housekeeping staff, clients and contractors.
• Guide and assist the housekeeping team in delivering top-quality cleaning services.
• Arrange and monitor daily on-the-job training for cleaning staff.
• Track financial, maintenance and stock records with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Background in supervising or managing a housekeeping team.
• Experience handling budgets, operating supplies, replacements and consumables.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards and procedures.
