ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (Generalist) to join the KSA central HR team in Riyadh. This is a strategic people operations position that partners closely with business leaders, stays connected to employees at every level, and helps shape better employee experiences through practical, data-informed solutions.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will handle complex employee relations matters, support leadership capability building around performance and talent, and help strengthen culture, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. This position is based in one of the Riyadh warehouses and is an individual contributor role, so it does not involve managing direct reports.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and run country-level feedback programs, including data reviews, roundtables, and pulse-check mechanisms.
- Use strong judgment to work through sensitive situations while balancing employee advocacy, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
- Roll out recognition initiatives and support inclusion and belonging efforts.
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders when handling delicate people matters and important decisions.
- Apply people analytics to guide decisions and uncover the root causes of organizational challenges.
- Support change, transformation, and organizational development efforts.
- Promote consistent ways of working and raise process quality across the organization.
- Escalate structural, cultural, or systemic risks that could affect the employee population.
Work context
In this role, you will work closely with the country HR leader for the Amazon Customer Fulfilment business in Saudi Arabia, along with regional HR partners across the MEA-TR region. The scope is broad and generalist in nature, requiring you to look at everything that influences employee experience, business continuity, and the employer value proposition.
Team environment
You will join a motivated HR team with diverse backgrounds that focuses heavily on internal customer needs. The team works by combining intuition with feedback mechanisms, continuously improves standards, enjoys the work, and supports one another. The group is known internally as HR Ops, with operations being the main customer group.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 5 years of HR experience in an international, fast-moving, customer-focused environment. Local labor law knowledge is required, along with experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing setting. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is also needed, and fluency with Gen AI tools is expected.
Experience managing small to medium-scale projects is preferred.
Additional information
For candidates who need support during the hiring process, workplace accommodations or adjustments are available, including help with interviews or onboarding. If the relevant country or region is not listed in the accommodation resource, candidates should contact their recruiting partner.
