This position is for an HR Manager based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The role reports to the Director of People Operations for Rest of World and is responsible for leading strategic people initiatives in a busy contact centre and business operations setting. The successful candidate will partner closely with local leadership to keep HR practices compliant with Jamaican employment law, strengthen employee engagement, and support a culture of high performance.

The role is dedicated to Jamaica operations and carries responsibility for the performance development programme, weekly and monthly payroll coordination, and ongoing refinement of HR processes to improve consistency, compliance, and the employee experience at the Montego Bay site.

Strategic HR Leadership and Business Partnership

Balance operational HR delivery with longer-term workforce planning and site strategy so that people practices stay aligned with business goals and changing team needs. Take the lead on HR initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall employee performance on site.

Performance Development Programme

Own and administer the existing performance development framework across the site, ensuring it is applied consistently across teams and aligned with organisational objectives. Coach managers on performance conversations, supply the tools and training they need, and track the effectiveness of the programme while encouraging continuous growth.

Payroll Management

Oversee accurate and timely weekly and monthly payroll processing in line with Jamaican requirements. Work with Finance and external payroll partners to maintain accuracy, support reporting, and stay audit-ready. Handle payroll questions from employees and help ensure a smooth experience.
