Role Overview
This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations within a confidential semi-government organization in Riyadh. In this role, you will assist the Human Resources team with administrative support, hiring coordination, onboarding preparation, and a range of people-related initiatives. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals who will guide your development and help you build practical workplace skills.
What You Will Do
- Support hiring activities by helping create and share job advertisements across job platforms and social media channels.
- Review incoming applications and CVs to help identify suitable candidates for the next stages.
- Arrange interview schedules and coordinate timing between applicants and hiring managers.
- Contribute to new-employee orientation planning and prepare onboarding documents and materials.
- Maintain employee information accurately in the HRIS or other internal record systems.
- Assist with employee engagement efforts such as team activities, workplace events, and wellness programs.
- Organize HR files and records while preserving confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide support for routine employee questions and other HR tasks as assigned by the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate should be currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline. Strong communication skills in English are important, and Arabic may be required depending on team needs. You should be highly organized, detail-focused, comfortable handling confidential information, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected, and prior exposure to LinkedIn or other recruiting tools is an added advantage. A proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
