Information Manager

Role Purpose

The Information Manager will serve as the main guardian of the client's Information Management Framework. This role involves establishing, overseeing, and validating information requirements, standards, and processes throughout the information lifecycle. The position requires strict adherence to ISO 19650 standards and ensuring their successful application across various systems including ACC, CCDE, Building Passport, and integrated enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client's specific information needs, lifecycle management expectations, and governance requirements.
• Develop, update, and manage Organizational Information Requirements (OIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and Project Information Requirements (PIR) or Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), ensuring clear links to CCDE and Building Passport.
• Design and document business process workflows for the entire project lifecycle, from design and construction through to handover and operational phases.
• Take ownership of and maintain the Information Standard and Information Production Methods & Procedures (IPMP).
• Integrate ISO 19650 principles into the operational use of ACC, Aconex, Revizto, and Tandem.
• Function as the primary point of escalation for issues related to information governance, changes, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the Technology Group to confirm the technical feasibility of all information requirements.
• Provide governance oversight for applications based on APS and CCDE integrations.

Tool & Domain Knowledge

• Proficiency in ACC, Aconex, Revizto, Tandem, Azure Smart Data Layer, GIS, SAP, and FM systems.
• In-depth understanding of ISO 19650 (Parts 1–6).

Experience

• Total Experience: 10–14 years.
• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in Information Management, BIM Governance, or Digital Delivery. Experience with large-scale, multi-project programs or mega-programs is highly desirable.

Education Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ISO 19650 Foundation / Practitioner.
• BIM / Information Management certifications.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACC).
• ITIL (for governance awareness).
