Role Overview
The company is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Executive with a solid background in B2B selling and familiarity with technical products used in laboratory settings. The role suits someone who works well in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and enjoys developing lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify fresh business opportunities while also managing and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls and in-person meetings to present products and services.
- Handle customer questions by providing accurate technical guidance on laboratory equipment and product usage.
- Prepare and present product demos and technical presentations that match client requirements.
- Work toward monthly and yearly sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction and product adoption in focus.
- Create, negotiate, and finalize sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and machine functionality.
- Develop strong client rapport and ensure prompt support to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, service, and marketing teams to support smooth order execution and a positive client experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or technical product sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Capability to clearly explain technical concepts and machinery functions to customers.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling client accounts and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
