Interdisciplinary Artist

Role overview

We are looking for an interdisciplinary artist to support remote, hourly contract work focused on generating high-quality creative content for AI model training. This role is based in the United Kingdom and pays between $15 and $65 per hour, depending on experience and project needs. The expected commitment is 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and curate strong visual, film, audio, digital, and animation assets for use in AI training.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver on both creative and technical requirements.
• Review briefs, interpret creative direction, and bring varied artistic viewpoints into training data.
• Record artistic workflows and explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess model-generated outputs and share actionable feedback to improve quality.
• Adjust quickly to changing project priorities and contribute across several creative disciplines.
• Support experimentation and creative problem-solving within collaborative teams.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas: visual arts, film, audio production, digital media, or animation.
• Background in delivering creative work that spans multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, audio/video editing tools, and animation software.
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Prior experience collaborating remotely with cross-functional creative teams.
• Ability to convert artistic ideas into structured data for AI-related use cases.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
