Interior Project Coordinator

Role Overview

This role is for an interior or architecture project coordinator who can manage site activity, vendor communication, BOQ coordination, and client updates across multiple stakeholders. The position focuses on keeping projects on schedule, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting end-to-end execution aligned with design intent and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

You will coordinate interior projects from planning through execution, ensuring day-to-day communication stays smooth between clients, vendors, and site teams. A major part of the role involves monitoring timelines, following up on BOQs and procurement, documenting meetings, and helping resolve execution issues so work progresses efficiently.

Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate should bring 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior or architecture project coordination, site execution, vendor management, BOQ handling, client coordination, and multi-stakeholder tracking.

Work Schedule

This is a 6-day working role, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.

Compensation

The offered annual salary range is INR 5,00,000 to INR 6,00,000.
