IT Specialist

Role Overview

This position focuses on supporting and planning the technology environment for the Saudi Arabia team in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City. The role covers day-to-day IT support and the upkeep of manufacturing and office systems, including hardware, software, laptops, desktops, servers, networks, security tools, voice systems, printers, and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan hardware and software asset needs for each budget cycle.
• Work with USA IT on budget-related requests and reviews.
• Provide everyday technical support to teams across all departments.
• Follow USA IT standards when introducing or setting up new hardware and software.
• Help safeguard company data and support recovery planning in case of a disaster.
• Maintain user and production computers so required uptime is achieved.
• Comply with IT security rules and incident response processes.

Required Technical Knowledge

The role calls for familiarity with Office 365 apps, Citrix XenApp, Windows desktop operating systems, Windows Server versions 2019, 2022, and 2025, AutoCAD, SonicWall firewall solutions, and the 8x8 cloud phone platform. It also requires hands-on understanding of network technologies such as Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, Cat 6 cabling, single-mode fiber, and TCP/IP, along with network hardware setup and printer troubleshooting.

Additional Requirements

• Occasional travel may be needed to support the Gulf team, including locations such as Abu Dhabi and Qatar.
• Fluency in English is required, along with the ability to communicate in Arabic.
