What you will do

  • Handle end-user support for the region using the company’s ITSM platform and software tools.
  • Turn straightforward user issues into durable technical solutions and work through problems in a structured way.
  • Partner with a global team to roll out solutions and align infrastructure and business operations.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Entra ID, including users, groups, devices, hybrid identities, service principals, privileged access, and conditional access.
  • Support Intune tasks such as zero-touch deployment, app rollout, configuration profiles, and device management.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and migration activities.
  • Configure Exchange mailboxes, resources, and groups, and understand mail flow.
  • Administer Teams and related permissions.
  • Work with Azure and have exposure to Universal Print.
  • Support Windows Server environments and collaborate with system engineers on infrastructure topics.
  • Apply basic networking knowledge and coordinate with network engineers on local matters.
  • Deploy and manage workplace devices for employees.
  • Diagnose and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems.
  • Apply ITSM and ITIL 4 practices for incident and request handling, process improvement, asset management, and knowledge management.
  • Ensure company standards and policies are followed and standardization goals are met.
  • Maintain accurate user records in core business systems.
  • Support other workplace technologies such as video conferencing equipment.
  • Work with the security team to remediate vulnerabilities in your immediate environment.
  • Travel occasionally within the APAC region.
