(Junior) Integration Manager

Role overview

GLS/NXT is hiring a Junior Integration Manager to support the rollout of digital products across an expanding set of markets and partners. The role sits at the crossroads of product, technology, and operations, with a strong focus on turning complex technical work into clear, manageable steps and ensuring that all involved parties stay aligned.

You will coordinate integrations between GLS/NXT and the wider GLS organization, as well as external stakeholders when needed, so that onboarding runs smoothly and products are adopted successfully over the long term. The position calls for someone who is organized, process-oriented, and comfortable simplifying technical topics for different audiences.

What you will do

• Lead integration initiatives from start to finish by coordinating international rollout activities and supporting a structured onboarding experience for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help customers continue realizing product value after go-live by observing usage patterns, gathering feedback, and providing hands-on support and guidance.
• Convert technical needs into practical tasks and timelines, making sure communication between technology teams remains clear and timely.
• Spot friction points in the current integration setup and drive improvements through better documentation, tools, and automation.
• Develop trusted working relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the company and represent GLS/NXT effectively in the corporate environment.
• Track integration progress and outcomes, and share achievements and lessons learned with the team and leadership.

What the role requires

• At least 2 years of experience in integration, implementation, technical project management, or B2B customer success.
• A highly structured working style with strong organization and multitasking ability.
• Good problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to complex tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to work well across functions, teams, and cultures.
• Basic familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, or digital platform products.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the EU around 10% of the time.
• Authorization to work in Germany.
