Role Overview

ZAGG International is hiring a customer-focused and driven Key Account Manager to support reseller and distributor relationships across international markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to regional field sales teams and partners across all pre-sales and post-sales matters, including order entry, backorder handling, invoicing, delivery concerns, sample requests, complaints, and returns.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with field sales teams, partners, resellers, distributors, and other customer contacts.
  • Take ownership of weekly customer reporting, including backorders, shipments, and open orders.
  • Stay fully informed about product updates so that customers and internal teams always receive accurate, current information.
  • Assist with sample requests and other internal coordination tasks that support the sales process.
  • Keep distributors and resellers updated on new launches, business opportunities, and upsell or cross-sell options that can improve revenue and growth.
  • Promote products and campaigns effectively within the reseller channel.
  • Use internal systems accurately, follow all procedures from an audit standpoint, and help ensure that field sales and partners comply with required processes.
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required, including covering colleagues during leave, supporting induction training for new hires, and carrying out general administrative tasks requested by management.
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Background in a technology-based sales order management environment.
  • Strong track record in customer order management.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and independently.
  • Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems, GP, and Dynamics.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
