About the Company

Role Summary
The selected candidate will support production line activities in several areas, including hand-add station work, bagging and stacking products, and packaging and storage tasks as needed. Keeping the line and plant clean and organized is also a key part of the job.
Key Duties
- Run the hand-add station, including using a digital scale to measure materials accurately and stay within quality standards.
- Pack cement-based products into bags according to production and quality expectations.
- Manually stack finished product on pallets and along production lines.
- Operate a forklift for moving and storing materials when properly certified and authorized.
- Keep the workstation tidy and help maintain plant-wide housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety rules at all times, including PPE use, lockout procedures, confined-space requirements, and safe lifting techniques.
- Escalate unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents, and near misses to management right away.
- Take on other related tasks as assigned.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, so the role requires adjusting to changing temperatures and weather.
- The setting is industrial, noisy, and dusty.
- Hearing protection must be worn, along with all required PPE.
- Regular handling of cementitious and chemical materials is part of the job, and proper respirator fit and use is required.
- The role involves repeated physical activity and lifting up to 30 kg.
- Employees must work safely around moving machinery and equipment.
Schedule
- Availability for both day and night shifts is required.
- Overtime may be needed depending on operational demands.

Qualifications

Other Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is required.
- Forklift certification is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle are required for commuting.
