Role overview
Pinegreen Lighting is hiring a Logistics, Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist to manage the movement of orders from the moment they are entered until they are delivered. This position plays a key role in day-to-day logistics support, record accuracy, and coordination across internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-focused, and able to keep pace in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
What you will do
- Enter, update, and verify customer orders while checking product availability for accuracy.
- Coordinate shipment timing, prepare necessary documents, and stay in touch with carriers.
- Keep ERP, CRM, and inventory records current and consistent.
- Follow each order from placement to final delivery and help resolve delays or mismatches early.
- Work with customers, vendors, and internal departments to keep fulfillment on track.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other logistics-related paperwork.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and record updates as they happen.
- Assist with demand forecasting by reviewing sales patterns and inventory position.
- Support inventory management through cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Check data for missing details, errors, or inconsistencies and correct issues promptly.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering orders, shipments, and inventory activity.
- Help handle returns, replacements, and claims involving damaged or missing items.
- Keep digital and paper files organized for compliance and audit purposes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; an associate degree is preferred.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, order processing, or data entry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry tools.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving setting.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
