Maintenance Manager

Role overview

Kinisla is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join its team in Listowel, County Kerry, Ireland. In this role, you will lead maintenance activity for a defined area of the site, with a strong focus on cost control, equipment availability, and production output.

What you will do

• Lead a team of craftspeople so maintenance work in your area is completed efficiently.
• Oversee the maintenance budget and use it to meet the area’s operational needs.
• Work with the planner/scheduler to run and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans.
• Drive ongoing improvements in safety, environmental performance, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Partner with operations teams on capital projects, making sure they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with compliance requirements.
• Support both smaller plant improvement initiatives and larger capital installation projects.
• Collaborate with other maintenance managers to advance the site engineering programme.
• Coordinate with wider manufacturing and maintenance functions to keep work aligned across the business.
• Contribute to the area’s continuous improvement programme.

What is required

• A degree in mechanical engineering, food process engineering, or another relevant craft qualification.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory position.
