About the role

Intercept Health is looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle upkeep tasks that support the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and day-to-day functionality of facilities, outdoor areas, and vehicles. The role also supports stock management, supplies, and preventive maintenance efforts to help keep residents, clients, and staff safe and comfortable.

This position supports properties located on the eastern side of Virginia.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $23 to $25 per hour, with the final rate based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the visual condition and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and vehicles.
• Support preventive maintenance activities across company properties.
• Assist with inventory control and supply management.
• Help ensure facilities remain safe and comfortable for residents, clients, and employees.
• Perform or oversee maintenance-related tasks as needed across the assigned region.
