About the Role

This position calls for an experienced Learning & Development specialist focused on behavior change to join the HR function. You will own the organization’s behavioral learning roadmap, starting from training need discovery and moving through to the creation of a practical annual learning plan and the design or sourcing of interventions that create measurable improvements in behavior across the business.

In addition to coordinating training programs, the role is expected to shape how managers approach employee development, strengthen a culture of continuous learning, and make sure learning efforts translate into visible gains in performance and day-to-day conduct.

Training Needs Identification & Prioritization

  • Run structured training need assessments across business units.
  • Review IDPs and performance data to identify repeated skill and capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to set priorities for FY27.
  • Consolidate inputs into clear, actionable learning priorities.

Annual Learning Calendar Design

  • Convert the agreed priorities into a phased and practical annual training calendar aligned with business cycles.
  • Ensure the plan includes a balanced mix of classroom-led sessions, e-learning, blended learning, and cohort-based programs.
  • Add review points so the calendar can be revisited and adjusted as business needs change during the year.
  • Lead implementation end to end with disciplined program management.

Learning Design & Development

  • Create behavioral learning journeys, interventions, and supporting materials based on identified needs.
  • Develop learning content for classroom, digital, and blended formats.
  • Build interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar platforms, with a strong focus on scenarios and learner engagement.
  • Work with external vendors when needed while ensuring the solution stays relevant to the organization and meets quality standards.
  • Combine standardized learning programs with customized solutions for specific teams.
  • Use adult learning principles, behavior change concepts, and instructional design best practices across all interventions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to jointly own the learning agenda.
  • Engage managers so learning is reinforced and applied on the job.
  • Coordinate with external partners for content creation and delivery.

Learning Adoption & Effectiveness

  • Encourage strong participation and engagement in all learning initiatives.
  • Monitor feedback, completion, and the impact of programs.
  • Improve interventions continuously based on insights and changing requirements.
