The team is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with the day-to-day execution of marketing work in a fully remote setup.
This position suits someone who enjoys varied work, keeps things organised, works quickly, and likes being a dependable support across a busy marketing function. You will partner with the marketing and creative teams on creator collaborations, email checks, website changes, organic social support, campaign coordination, and wider marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate creator outreach, organic partnership activity, gifting logistics, and influencer communication.
- Make routine updates to the website, including product pages, banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Review marketing emails for formatting, links, copy quality, and visual accuracy.
- Support organic social media work by scheduling posts, organising assets, and helping manage content calendars.
- Track trends, competitor activity, and content ideas to keep the team informed and inspired.
- Step in wherever needed to provide dependable support across the marketing department.
- Keep learning through feedback, hands-on work, and exposure to fast-moving ecommerce marketing.
Requirements
- Strong organisation skills and a careful eye for detail.
- Ability to handle several small tasks at once while staying proactive.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort using tools such as Shopify, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, and Klaviyo, or a willingness to learn them quickly.
- Interest in ecommerce, branding, social media, and influencer marketing.
