ജോലി വിവരണം
About the Role
Le Bon Nosh is looking for a versatile marketer to help expand local awareness, shape memorable brand experiences, and convert audience interest into measurable growth. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who can develop ideas into campaigns and bring those campaigns to life across multiple channels.
About Le Bon Nosh
Le Bon Nosh is a restaurant, market, and wine bar located in Atlanta’s Buckhead area. Founded by Chef Forough Vakili, the brand is built on the idea that good food can support both personal well-being and community connection.
Their seasonal, French-inspired menus highlight carefully chosen ingredients and reflect a commitment to local farmers, responsible producers, and a more transparent food system. The business operates throughout the day as a neighborhood café and market, a full-service dining destination, an extensive French wine program, a private event space, and a venue for original experiences such as cooking classes, tastings, collaborative dinners, and brand activations.
The team values clarity, efficiency, accountability, and strong morale across departments. As the company grows, the need is for someone who can contribute across disciplines and help translate the brand’s values into compelling communications and guest experiences.
Role Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, Georgia. Because hospitality runs in real time, the role requires a regular in-person presence, along with occasional evening or weekend availability for events and content capture.
The position offers room to grow professionally for a creative generalist who enjoys both building systems and seeing their work come together in a live environment. The successful candidate will be trusted to contribute ideas, strengthen processes, and make a meaningful impact as the business expands.
Responsibilities
- Protect and consistently present the Le Bon Nosh brand across all outward communication and guest-facing touchpoints.
- Plan and deliver marketing initiatives that build neighborhood awareness and encourage engagement with the restaurant.
- Manage monthly content plans across social channels, email, website updates, and in-house communications.
- Draft and refine copy for newsletters, social posts, event promotion, website changes, press materials, and partner campaigns.
- Create brand content through photography, videography, editing, and publishing.
- Work closely with the Events Manager to market and support public and private events.
- Coordinate brand partnerships, creator/influencer outreach, and selected press opportunities.
- Develop relationships with local groups, hospitality partners, and community contacts that can broaden awareness and drive business.
- Keep website details, reservation tools, event listings, and third-party directories accurate and current.
- Review OpenTable and internal tools to monitor reservations, private dining inquiries, event sales, and campaign outcomes.
- Help expand and engage the restaurant’s email audience.
- Research the market and competitors to uncover audience opportunities and new directions.
- Maintain campaign schedules, internal timelines, and brand files using Asana and Google Workspace.
- Support reports that connect marketing activity to business results.
- Collaborate with ownership, culinary, service, and events teams so campaigns and programming stay aligned.
- Attend selected events, photo/video shoots, and service periods to capture content and assist with on-site execution.
- Contribute to guest-facing brand choices, including music and other ambience-related details.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, Hospitality, or comparable professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, brand development, content creation, communications, or a related area.
- Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or another experience-led industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience in photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia content production.
- A portfolio that shows strategic thinking, aesthetic judgment, digital fluency, and a high standard of craft.
- Excellent writing and editing ability, including strong grammar and the flexibility to tailor voice for different platforms and audiences.
- Proven skill in handling several competing priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Experience creating campaigns tied to concrete business goals, not just social engagement.
- Solid understanding of social strategy, email marketing, audience growth, and basic performance analysis.
- Experience working with brand partnerships, creators, press contacts, vendors, or other external collaborators.
- Strong project management capability.
- Comfort communicating with leadership, outside partners, guests, and media contacts.
- Good judgment, initiative, and the ability to identify priorities without needing detailed instruction.
- A practical understanding of hospitality and how brand presentation shapes the guest experience.
- Preferred familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, and social scheduling tools.
- Preferred familiarity with OpenTable, reservation reporting, website analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar systems.
- Availability to work on-site and attend selected evening or weekend events as needed.
