Role Summary
This role sits within the Marketing Operations team and is centered on maintaining and improving the marketing technology environment. The focus is on reliable day-to-day operations, keeping the MarTech stack healthy, well-structured, and effective. You will partner with colleagues across Marketing, IT, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Operations in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
You will support core marketing operations work, manage assigned initiatives, and help ensure the team delivers strong systems and services to internal users. The role also calls for thoughtful problem solving, clear communication, and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical partners.
You will create practical process guides for the marketing organization, run training sessions for users, and help people use the tools correctly. In addition, you will stay closely aligned with Strategic Sourcing and Security partners, contribute to analysis and brainstorming with the broader Marketing Operations group, and reinforce the company’s values as the organization grows.
Requirements
The position calls for at least 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as marketing operations, business systems, sales operations, or process improvement, with a strong emphasis on execution and problem solving. Candidates should have a strong sense of ownership, a bias toward action, and a genuine interest in designing efficient processes and improving end-user experience.
It is also important to stay current with MarTech trends and be able to bring value through creative and practical use of technology. Additional experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Contentful, Hightouch, Gumloop, Airtable, and Jira is considered an advantage, along with prior collaboration with teams such as Procurement, BizTech, and Security.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this full-time role is CAD 93,500 to CAD 121,000. Pay may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The role is eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, plus refresh opportunities linked to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
