It is a Salesforce Crest Partner and has completed more than 250 projects across the world.Role OverviewThis full-time, on-site position in Noida is focused on identifying and pursuing suitable business opportunities on freelance and B2B platforms. The Online Bidder will prepare persuasive proposals, coordinate with internal teams to confirm scope and timelines, and manage submission quality. The role also requires direct communication with potential clients through messages, calls, and email to gather details, answer queries, and develop long-term relationships. The position includes monitoring bid progress, maintaining an active opportunity pipeline, working with sales and delivery teams toward revenue goals, and occasionally supporting basic presentations, negotiations, and process documentation for ongoing improvement.ResponsibilitiesSearch for relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other business-to-business portals.Draft clear, compelling proposals tailored to each project requirement.Work with internal stakeholders to validate scope, effort, and submission timelines.Communicate with prospects through chat, phone, and email to understand needs and clarify details.Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.Track bid outcomes and keep the opportunity pipeline updated.Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to support revenue objectives.Assist with simple presentations, negotiations, and documentation of bidding practices.Share bidding knowledge and help train teammates on tools and best practices.RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication for proposals, emails, and client interactions.Strong research and analytical ability to assess project scope, budgets, and client expectations.Experience or familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour, along with B2B lead-generation tools.Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic presentation tools.Ability to manage multiple opportunities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Proactive, target-oriented approach with a focus on results.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.Prior exposure to IT services or Salesforce-related sales and bidding is beneficial.Additional InformationThis is a full-time onsite role in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
