Operations & Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

This position supports the operations function by handling shipment monitoring, courier coordination, document control, and day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment work across Qatar and the GCC. It is a good fit for someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, quick to learn, and eager to develop a career in logistics, courier management, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep daily tracking records updated for sea freight, air freight, and express courier movements.
• Record shipment progress details such as ETD, ETA, and delivery updates as directed.
• Arrange and file shipping and customs paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, and airway bills.
• Work with courier partners such as Aramex and FedEx for bookings, shipment monitoring, and follow-up communication.
• Assist with basic review of courier invoices and update shipment logs accordingly.
• Register incoming returns and help the store team with initial checks on returned items.
• Keep shipping, courier, and logistics files well organized in digital format.
• Provide support in daily order processing and other e-commerce operations activities whenever needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a similar discipline. The role is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics, courier operations, fulfillment, or e-commerce. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are important, along with clear written English communication. Arabic language ability is considered an advantage. Candidates should be organized, detail-focused, adaptable, and comfortable learning new processes quickly in a busy work environment.
