Role overview

As an Operations Specialist, you will support development and production operations with accuracy, safety, and efficiency. This position is based in Lancaster, TX and requires onsite work.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate smoothly and respectfully with several safety drivers throughout the shift.
• Keep an accurate record of run progress and ensure updates are documented precisely.
• Maintain and refresh information in the company’s Truck Management System.
• Build driver schedules from available assignments, including weekend and night coverage when needed.
• Draft, organize, and keep standard operating procedure documents current for operations workflows.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and log issues connected to the autonomous system.
• Escalate trip-related issues and logistical mismatches whenever required.
• Support autonomous vehicle system setup, including checklist cross-verification and other health checks.

What you should bring

• Flexibility to work rotating schedules across days, nights, and weekends.
• Comfort working in high-pressure situations while exercising sound judgment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Practical troubleshooting knowledge across different operating systems.
• Working familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Prior exposure to a call center or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
