Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad is focused on supporting the smooth running of the play area. The Playarea Staff member will supervise children, help ensure they stay safe and comfortable, and make sure the facility rules are followed. The job also involves helping children participate in activities, assisting parents and caregivers, handling entry and exit procedures, and keeping the environment tidy and well-arranged.

Key Duties

• Watch over children in the play space and maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere.
• Guide children as they move through activities and play zones.
• Support caregivers by answering questions and providing assistance when needed.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Keep the play area clean, orderly, and ready for use.
• Help with event preparation and basic day-to-day facility upkeep.
• Coordinate with teammates to handle peak-time crowds effectively.
• Deliver courteous, customer-focused service at all times.

Required Profile

The ideal candidate should be comfortable supervising children in a busy environment and should pay close attention to safety and well-being. Strong interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages. The role also calls for good organization, time management, and a willingness to perform routine cleaning and hygiene-related tasks. Being able to work on-site in a lively, noise-friendly setting and during weekends or holidays when needed is essential.

Qualifications

A minimum of high school education or an equivalent qualification is required. Experience in childcare, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is considered beneficial. Training in childcare or early education is an added advantage.

Work Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad, Telangana. The workplace is an active indoor environment that may require availability on weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
