Role Overview

JR Interior Design, a division of Joga Ram Group, is hiring a Procurement Executive in Dubai, UAE. The position sits within the interior design, fit-out, and turnkey project space and is focused on ensuring the timely sourcing of materials and services needed for project delivery.

This is a full-time, on-site role offering a monthly salary package of AED 4,000 to AED 6,000, depending on experience and capability.

What You Will Do

• Arrange the sourcing and purchasing of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for interior fit-out projects.
• Research, assess, and bargain with vendors and suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and quality.
• Draft purchase orders, RFQs, and contract-related documents in line with company procedures.
• Work closely with design, project, and site teams to understand exact material needs.
• Follow up on delivery timelines so materials are available on site when needed.
• Keep procurement files, pricing information, and supplier records updated and organized.
• Make sure purchases align with quality expectations, project specifications, and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support cost control efforts and help manage procurement budgets.
• Share procurement progress, issues, and updates with management.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of procurement experience in the UAE, specifically within interior design or fit-out projects.
• Good working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and FF&E items.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Strong skills in negotiation, supplier coordination, and professional communication.
• Comfort using MS Office and ERP platforms.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.
