About the role

As a Product Manager, you will help deliver digital products for both international and local clients. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to understand needs, organize priorities, and support the smooth release of features. The position covers the full product lifecycle, including requirement collection, planning, execution, and release.

Key responsibilities

You will work with stakeholders and clients to gather and refine business and user requirements, shape product scope, break work into manageable tasks, and support teams in delivering on time.

• Clarify and collect business and user needs together with clients and stakeholders
• Define product scope, priorities, and task decomposition for development teams
• Convert business requirements into well-structured user stories and tickets
• Help organize and prioritize the backlog according to business impact
• Assist with product roadmaps and delivery planning
• Coordinate day-to-day work with team members
• Monitor feature progress and support timely delivery
• Track tasks, deadlines, and sprint status
• Spot risks and blockers and escalate them to the team
• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
• Share progress updates between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Check that delivered work aligns with requirements and expectations
• Use AI tools to improve documentation, planning, and overall productivity
• Contribute ideas for applying AI to workflow and delivery optimization

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in product coordination or related IT roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• 2–3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Coordination, or other IT-related roles
• Background in outsourcing or client-facing environments
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices
• Ability to handle tasks, priorities, and communication in a structured way
• Strong coordination and communication abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Sense of ownership and willingness to keep learning
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level for communication with international clients, meetings, and documentation

Additional expertise

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions
• Understanding of how AI can support product management and workflow improvement
• Interest in using AI for planning, documentation, and productivity gains
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in outsourcing, consultancy, or agency-style environments is an advantage
• Experience working with international clients
