Role Overview
AppliedAI, an Abu Dhabi-based AI technology company, builds innovative solutions for highly regulated sectors including healthcare, insurance, government, and financial services. The company is hiring a technically inclined Product Manager to take ownership of one product area within the Opus platform. This position suits someone who learns quickly, thinks strategically, and wants to create meaningful business impact by turning broad company direction into practical product work.
Core Responsibilities
You will work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to shape, build, and launch products that deliver value. The role involves owning a product domain end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through delivery and market launch.
Product Strategy and Planning
- Own the roadmap, backlog, and performance measures for your assigned product area.
- Convert company priorities and business goals into specific, measurable product outcomes.
- Monitor competitors and market developments to spot gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
User Discovery and Research
- Build a strong understanding of target users, including their goals, daily workflows, and pain points.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative insights to identify important problems and test product ideas.
- Turn validated learnings into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Product Delivery and Launch
- Maintain a well-prioritised roadmap that balances new functionality, technical debt, and defect resolution.
- Run agile delivery practices such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and dependency coordination.
- Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to prepare and execute go-to-market launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the main product point of contact for engineering and make informed trade-off decisions during development.
- Keep internal stakeholders updated on timelines, progress, and changing priorities.
- Collaborate with design to ensure the user experience supports product objectives and brand expectations.
Candidate Profile

Requirements
