The opportunity

Ripjar is looking for an eager, curious, and proactive Product Manager to join its expanding product team. This position is intended for someone with strong product instincts and the willingness to learn rather than a person who already has deep expertise in every area of product management. The role is designed to support career growth and provide a broad foundation across the discipline.

Product management here is wide-ranging, and you will have the chance to discover where your strengths lie while still gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle. Depending on your interests, you may lean toward technical delivery, commercial strategy, or operational implementation.

Areas you may grow into

• Technical and delivery work: partnering with engineers and architects to help create advanced systems.
• Commercial and marketing work: contributing to product strategy, pricing thinking, and market positioning.
• Operational work: helping ensure complex AI solutions are deployed and implemented effectively for customers.

What you will do

AI is central to Ripjar’s work, and the company wants someone who can contribute ideas rather than simply maintain an existing roadmap. You will help explore how new AI tools and workflows can be used to make a real-world impact in the fight against financial crime.

• Own important product features from early concept through release, working closely with UX, engineering, and QA.
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand user needs and the domain in depth.
• Support Agile delivery by drafting user stories, taking part in team ceremonies, and helping keep work moving.
• Bring new thinking to product development, marketing direction, and pricing approaches.

Requirements

• You have some product management experience, such as an Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, or a similar role in a fast-paced technology environment.
• You understand the basics of enterprise software or SaaS product delivery.
• You are genuinely interested in AI and want to explore how it can be applied to complex problems.
• You communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions, and build trust with different stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, compliance, or RegTech is helpful but not essential.
