Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager position based in Aden City, Aden Governorate, Yemen. The person in this role will guide the product from early concept through development and launch, making sure each stage supports the company’s wider business goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager will shape the product direction, collect and rank requirements, work closely with different teams, study market movements, and build strategies that help improve how the product performs. The role also involves making sure the final product satisfies customer expectations while staying aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in product management, managing the full product lifecycle, and setting product vision.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the skill to understand market patterns and customer needs.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate and guide cross-functional groups.
• Well-developed planning, organization, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
• Exposure to the food and beverage sector, or a similar industry, would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and product management software is helpful.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or another related discipline is required.
• Prior experience in a leadership position will be considered a plus.
