Role Summary

As Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, growth, and ongoing management of TrueLearn’s workforce management and compliance product line. The initial focus will be on professional products for post-graduate clinicians who are already in active practice. This portfolio includes Medality Compliance, healthcare job boards, CME/CE content development, and eCommerce offerings. Based on your background, you may also take on people leadership responsibilities and directly manage and mentor a Product Owner.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full product lifecycle, long-term direction, and revenue growth for the professional product portfolio.
  • Drive Medality Compliance improvements, coordinate testing with partners, and oversee integrations such as CredentialStream and external CME providers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and strategic partners, while identifying new ones that help expand the product ecosystem.
  • Improve job board engagement and user activity, analyze metrics, and inform pricing and packaging decisions for recruitment-related initiatives.
  • Plan and manage content and accreditation work, including launch timelines for editorial expansions and ACCME-related efforts.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to support product launches and adoption across customer groups.
  • Translate business needs into requirements for account provisioning, checkout experiences, and sub-billing workflows using platform tools such as Chargebee.
  • Mentor, coach, and support a Product Owner when assigned, including day-to-day execution and career development.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on Product Manager experience in a full-time, permanent role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others, whether through direct management or through mentoring and developing teammates.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a habit of using data to prioritize between roadmap goals and immediate feature work.
  • Proven success working across functions with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and content teams.
  • High attention to detail, comfort with multiple deadlines, and the ability to move through ambiguous situations in a fast-moving environment.
  • Working knowledge of administrator tools, external integrations, and digital billing or subscription systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree of at least four years, such as a BA or BS, is required.
  • Relevant background in healthcare technology, digital CME/CE, clinician compliance tracking, or healthcare recruiting platforms is preferred.
  • Prior experience with SaaS workflow tools, rule-based systems, or multi-sided professional job boards is preferred.

Why This Role May Appeal to You

  • Meaningful mission work that supports healthcare professionals and helps improve patient care by reducing administrative burden.
  • Opportunity to grow in a rapidly scaling SaaS environment with visible career paths.
  • A coaching-oriented culture focused on development and long-term success.
