Role Overview

The Product Manager, OSE will be based in Singapore and report to the Director of Product Development – OSE. This position works closely with the Technology team and supports the strategy, improvement, and future development of Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) across AirTrunk’s data centre portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Partner with senior product development managers to shape the strategic roadmap for OSE in line with business objectives.
• Review current OSE technologies and collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and equipment vendors to preserve and enhance the existing data centre OSE portfolio.
• Help investigate and evaluate new OSE products, working with masterplanning and design teams to ensure AirTrunk’s offerings remain future-ready, practical, and innovative for customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to capture feedback and keep technical specifications and demarcation documents up to date.
• Assist with onboarding Design, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
• Work with procurement teams and vendors to maintain regional OSE technical deliverables.
• Contribute to project programme activities and related delivery efforts.
• Manage the processes, reporting, and document repository covering technical specification, approval, procurement, commissioning, and ongoing product improvement.
• Support investigations for new product development, including arranging regular vendor meetings, site visits, and manufacturing facility visits.
• Carry out quality assurance and design reviews for existing products and their applications.

Requirements

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to examine data and translate findings into engineering solutions.
• At least 5–8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, or data centre design and operations.
• A background in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to assess the technical, logistical, and financial impact of equipment procurement, including CAPEX and OPEX considerations.
• Experience coordinating with external suppliers to ensure technical solutions meet requirements in a fast-moving environment.
• Exposure to multiple APAC countries is an advantage, along with the willingness to learn local codes and regulatory requirements for new markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good cognitive ability and sound problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, driven, and adaptable.
• Willingness and ability to travel across APAC and other regions when required.
