Product Manager

Role overview

Denave is hiring a Product Manager who has successfully taken products from early concept through launch and then improved them through repeated enhancement cycles.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and drive a product strategy and roadmap that reflects customer needs, business goals, and market direction.
• Lead the full product journey, starting with ideation and discovery and continuing through development, release, and ongoing optimisation.
• Shape and deliver AI/GenAI-based automation solutions as part of the overall product vision.
• Work closely with UX/UI specialists and contribute directly to interface design and ease-of-use improvements.
• Collect, interpret, and convert business and user input into actionable product plans and outputs.
• Work with clients and user groups to understand needs, confirm solutions, and adjust as requirements change.
• Coordinate across functions to prioritise work, handle dependencies, and keep delivery on track.
• Improve the product experience through continuous analysis and data-led enhancements.
• Keep up with developments in AI, machine learning, RPA, and GenAI, and use relevant tools and frameworks to support innovation.
• Partner with Product Marketing on launches, go-to-market activities, and product positioning on platforms such as G2 and Capterra.

Experience and qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B intelligent data, AI, GenAI, or automation products.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to launch and then grow them further.
• Practical involvement across the product lifecycle, including discovery, requirement gathering, execution, and delivery.
• Experience using feature prioritisation methods based on business value and customer impact.
• Background in defining product strategy and driving execution across teams.
• Strong stakeholder handling and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of AI and GenAI tools, concepts, and frameworks.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology is preferred.

This role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time onsite position.
