Role Overview
The Product Planning Lead will own global product planning across brands and categories within the IBP Control Tower, ensuring merchandising direction is translated into clear financial and operational results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end global product planning activities and manage product lifecycle processes.
- Turn merchandising plans into planning targets that can be tracked and measured.
- Help improve assortment choices to raise SKU productivity and adoption.
- Work closely with supply and demand leaders to build plans that can be executed in practice.
- Define product KPIs that connect assortment decisions with margin performance and inventory health.
- Run product planning governance meetings and forums within the IBP process.
- Build and strengthen analytics-led capabilities for product planning.
Experience and Profile
This role calls for deep experience in merchandising, product planning, or retail strategy leadership, ideally gained within premium or global fashion/consumer brands. The right candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, solid analytical discipline, and the ability to work between creative direction and operational delivery.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $119,000 to $242,605.
