Key responsibilities

• Guide associates in delivering dependable customer service, accurate records, and timely follow-up within call centre operations.
• Track performance trends, identify development needs, and help drive ongoing learning and coaching initiatives.
• Contribute to staffing and scheduling plans so coverage needs are met across operations.
• Support quality assurance work and continuous improvement efforts, introducing process enhancements where appropriate.
• Manage programs end to end, including reimbursement, compliance, education, and clinical support components.
• Build, roll out, and assess program frameworks, such as workflows, resource plans, and reporting tools.
• Stay in regular contact with clients, join client meetings, and provide clear updates and status reporting.
• Assist with hiring-related activities and support recruitment approaches that strengthen the team.
• Ensure adverse events are documented, escalated, and reported correctly according to program and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• A university-level education in Business Administration, Science, Healthcare, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or project management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading people or managing a team.
• Client management experience is a strong advantage.
• A healthcare, clinical, or science background is helpful; RN or RPN credentials may be necessary for some programs.
• Strong business, financial, and analytical judgment with proven problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and common business systems.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and stakeholder coordination skills across teams.
• Ability to work effectively in either English-only or bilingual client environments in Canada.
