Role Overview

This is a part-time remote opportunity for a Project Manager supporting the OT Cyber Security Summit Finland. The role is centered on organizing, coordinating, and delivering project activities from planning through execution.

What You’ll Do

You will keep project schedules on track, make sure milestones are completed on time, and act as a coordination point between internal teams and outside stakeholders. The work also includes handling event logistics such as scheduling and resource allocation, while anticipating risks and keeping project objectives aligned with the wider goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Solid project management capability with experience handling full-cycle planning and execution.
• Background in expediting or similar coordination work to monitor deliverables and maintain timelines.
• Working knowledge of logistics management, including scheduling, staffing, and resource planning.
• Understanding of inspection-related processes to support compliance with operational and quality expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus good organization and collaboration abilities.
• Self-driven approach with the ability to perform effectively in a remote environment.
• Prior exposure to technology events or cybersecurity-related initiatives would be advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
