About the Role

Whizz HR is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle a variety of administrative and office management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conference room reservations.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical office records and documents.
