Role overview

As a Recruiter at Lennar, you will play a key role in bringing in, engaging, and keeping strong talent for the organization. This position calls for a strategic recruiter who can work in a consultative way with hiring teams, use modern sourcing tools, and create a positive experience for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

What you will do

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and recommend effective recruiting approaches for each position.
• Use AI-enabled tools and other modern recruiting resources to find and connect with strong candidates proactively.
• Source talent through job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and other channels.
• Provide a smooth, candidate-focused experience with clear communication, prompt follow-up, and personalized interactions.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from requisition opening through onboarding.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess skills to confirm fit with job needs and company culture.
• Monitor labor market trends and competitor activity to support recruiting decisions.
• Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and participating in branding events and initiatives.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to measure performance and improve hiring processes.

What the company is looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong history of sourcing and hiring quality candidates preferred.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent experience for candidates and customers.
• Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate sector is an added advantage.
