Role overview
This contract recruiting role supports a project team by finding, assessing, and helping move qualified candidates through the hiring process. The work is fully remote and centered on filling assigned positions efficiently and accurately.
What you will do
- Assist with recruiting efforts for the roles assigned to you.
- Identify potential candidates using approved hiring channels.
- Review resumes and reach out to candidates for first-stage screening.
- Arrange interview times and manage communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Keep candidate profiles, recruitment actions, and status updates current in the applicant tracking system.
- Share routine progress updates with the project team on hiring activity and candidate movement.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience handling end-to-end recruiting.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience focused on cyber-related positions.
- Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage records, interview steps, and candidate status.
- Background in finding candidates through job boards, social platforms, and professional networking.
- Experience conducting introductory screening conversations with applicants.
- Experience organizing interview calendars and coordinating between candidates and interviewers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience supporting pipeline reporting and status tracking.
Pay and engagement details
The assignment is paid at an expected rate of $55 to $60 per hour. The final hourly rate may change depending on skills, experience, and location, and will be set by the third-party employer providing services to Deloitte.
