Reporting / Data Analyst

About the Role

S-Kundenservice GmbH is a subsidiary of Sparkasse Bremen AG and has been handling telephone customer support for more than 20 years. The team currently consists of 60 employees, and the company is looking for support in reporting as well as workforce and shift planning.

In this position, you will evaluate key performance figures for the customer service center, spot trends and improvement opportunities, and help ensure the team is optimally staffed through forward-looking personnel and shift planning. You will work closely with operational leaders, management, and HR.

This role is offered exclusively on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Track the main customer service metrics and report on developments in call volume, order handling, email volume, and sales results.
• Prepare meaningful weekly and monthly reports and translate the findings into practical recommendations, such as future staffing needs.
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities from the data and present them in a clear way for other stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality and reliability, and keep the internal data archive up to date so it can support well-informed decisions.
• Create the monthly shift schedule based on the data and coordinate vacation planning.

Candidate Profile

Applications are welcome from candidates with a completed degree in Data Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Business Analytics, or a similar field. Applicants with relevant professional experience in reporting, controlling, workforce management, or data analysis are also encouraged to apply.

You should have strong, demonstrable Excel skills, including Pivot tables, formulas, charts, and Power Pivot, as well as experience with PowerPoint. Strong analytical thinking, solid numerical understanding, and a careful, structured, and independent working style are important for this role.
