About the Role

The company is seeking a Sales Assistant who brings a customer-first mindset and enjoys creating an engaging, authentic shopping experience. This position suits someone who performs well in a busy, sales-focused environment and is comfortable contributing to a fun and energetic store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and confidently.
• Develop strong product knowledge across the business’s different product lines.
• Keep the store looking professional by maintaining standards, merchandising displays, and product presentation.
• Work toward sales budgets, targets, and KPI expectations.
• Support stock control processes and help maintain product quality.
• Comply with national laws, workplace health and safety rules, and security procedures.
