Joining the boutique means becoming part of a team dedicated to delivering a premium customer journey in a new store environment. The role suits someone who is passionate about luxury leather goods and committed to excellent service for an international, high-end clientele.
What you will do
- Create a welcoming in-store experience that helps improve conversion and makes each visitor feel valued and encouraged to return.
- Support customers throughout the full buying process, from first greeting to final departure.
- Deliver personalized service that reflects the brand image and responds carefully to each customer’s needs.
- Introduce and promote additional products and services, including guidance before and after purchase.
- Manage register opening and closing, and complete transaction processing accurately.
- Contribute to CRM follow-up activities and daily boutique reporting.
- Maintain the boutique presentation, including merchandising, sales floor organization, and support with stock and inventory tasks.
- Prepare the boutique for opening by switching on lights and equipment, starting music, checking merchandising, and replenishing shopping bags.
- Carry out closing procedures such as telecollection, securing cash registers, sending reports, switching off lights and equipment, adjusting merchandising according to stock, organizing materials, and turning off music.
Profile and experience
The position is intended for an experienced retail professional who has worked with premium, international customers in a similar setting, ideally within luxury goods or leather goods. A strong appreciation for craftsmanship and product storytelling is important, along with the ability to communicate that enthusiasm to clients. The ideal candidate works well in a team, is naturally approachable, takes initiative, and remains calm and effective in a busy boutique.
