ജോലി വിവരണം
Position Objective
This role is focused on representing the brand in-store, driving sales through excellent customer interaction, and supporting a strong retail experience. The position also includes operational support such as maintaining the store and keeping visual presentation standards aligned with the store manager or assistant store manager’s directions.
Customer Service
- Welcome shoppers, understand their needs, and help them choose the most suitable products.
- Engage casual visitors and turn interest into completed purchases.
- Promote the company’s Club Apparel loyalty program to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver service standards in line with the company’s selling approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, and Thank.
- Stay informed about the group’s different brands to support effective suggestive selling.
- Maintain a polished, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
- Be prepared to work longer hours during sale periods when required.
- Keep product knowledge current and help minimize stock loss.
Merchandise & Store Operations
- Arrange stock and displays so they are attractive to customers and aligned with standard layout guidelines.
- Follow visual merchandising instructions and maintain the required clearance stock norms.
- Track inbound and outbound inventory and keep the related records updated.
- Operate the POS and billing counter smoothly and accurately.
- Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts.
- Process receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
- Accept payments through cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debit methods.
- Stay alert to store security at all times and avoid any negligence.
- Be ready to work different shifts and overtime based on business needs.
- Comply with SOPs and loss prevention rules.
- Keep sales figures confidential and do not share them outside the business.
