OneAdvanced is hiring a driven Sales Development Representative to join its sales development team in Birmingham. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow a career in sales, build commercial skills, and contribute directly to pipeline creation and business growth.

This position is office-based and requires attendance at the Birmingham office in the Mailbox five days a week.
What you will do
- Complete the onboarding programme and build the skills needed to succeed in the role.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing activity and support a smooth handover through the sales journey.
- Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach using email, calls, and social channels.
- Research prospects and enrich account data through the company’s ABM programme to better understand customer challenges.
- Use modern sales tools and technology to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry developments and events so conversations with prospects are relevant and informed.
- Meet monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Review performance regularly, identify improvement areas, and actively seek feedback to keep developing.
